Amanda Yong, Perth-born
and Singapore-raised, has over 20 years of culinary experience, where more than a decade of working in Perth’s best restaurants. To name a few: Rockpool, Measure Dessert Bar and Wildflower. She has also opened her own café and with her pastry chef background, she is passionate about creating exquisite dessert offerings. 

Besides churning out Perth’s best cheese tarts here at Tartes by Amanda, she’s also active in the food community and co-founded Project WOMN, running a series of pop-up charity food and wine pairing dinners that features all-women chefs and entrepreneurs from WA.
